Overview
The Winter Carnival freestyle competition on Abenaki's terrain park. Little Air starts at 4:00pm and Big Air at 5:00pm.
Registration
Where entries are taken has not been published yet. Ask a coach where to sign up.
Families register their own racer. Coaches do not enter anyone.
Spectators
Where to watch
Stand along the fence on the lodge side of the finish. You will see the last four or five gates and the finish from there.
Stay off the course and out of the rope tow line while racers are running. A course worker will wave you across between runs.
Parking
Parking is on the town side of the hill, in the Pine Hill Road lot. It fills by 8:30 on a race morning; carpool if you can.
Lodge
The lodge is open all day for warming up, restrooms and the snack bar. Racers stage inside, so keep the doorways clear.
Weather
Races are seldom canceled for weather. Dress for cold, wind and sleet, and bring something to stand on.
Volunteering
Instruction for your job is given on the morning of the event. Be prepared for cold, wind, sleet and rain.
