Accessible tuition
The Abenaki Outing Club is committed to making winter sports accessible to local families. Thanks to fundraising, grants, volunteers and community support, every Abenaki athlete's tuition is already subsidized and is significantly lower than the cost of comparable programs across New Hampshire.
The ski team was started in 2010 to bring affordable, accessible ski racing to local kids, and that is still what it is for. Every reduced rate is paid for by the families, businesses and alumni who give, by grants, and by the Ski & Skate Sale. Nobody at the hill knows who pays what.
Partial scholarship
Reserved for families who need additional support. No application or explanation is required. Because choosing the reduced rate increases the amount the club must raise, we ask families who can afford the standard tuition to select that option. This helps preserve reduced tuition for those who need it most, and ensures that cost does not prevent any child from participating.
It is a code you enter at checkout in Ski Club Pro, for 25% off tuition and off Alpine equipment rentals too. Nordic equipment is included in Nordic tuition.
Full assistance
If even the reduced price is out of reach, say so. Full assistance can cover tuition, the season pass, race fees and equipment, which are the costs families usually get caught out by.
One email to the club is the whole application. Strictly confidential, it stays between you and us.

Alpine equipment rentals for the season, full price then reduced: full package $300 or $230, partial package $150 or $110, single item $25 or $20. Season passes are sold by the Town, not the club; here is how that works. Full assistance can cover the pass as well. Where the reduced column reads “ask the club”, the club has not set a reduced price for that program this season; a reduced price is offered on every program.
How to ask
01
Reach out
Write to admin@abenakiskiteam.org. Say which program your athlete wants, and what you can manage. A sentence is enough.
02
We write back
You will get the price for your program, plus a note about the season pass and equipment if those are part of it.
03
Register like everyone else
Sign up in Ski Club Pro, register to volunteer, and show up at the rope tow. The scholarship is invisible from the outside, on purpose.
