Your email and the age groups you tick, to send you each registration link NHARA posts.

Your email, to tell you when sign-up opens.

Your name, email, phone, mailing address and what you’re bringing, ready for drop-off.

Donations

Paid on Stripe’s page, so we never see your card. We get your name, email and gift, for your tax receipt.

Club newsletter

Kept in Mailchimp, and every email has an unsubscribe link. Donors are added only if they ask.

Team Admin

Board members’ emails, to send them a code to sign in.

Only the club’s administrators can see these lists, and only after signing in. They live in the club’s own accounts: sign-ups in its database on Neon, and the site’s emails sent through Resend. This site never asks for a child’s name.
