Terms
What you agree to when you buy a ticket, RSVP or give to the club on this site.
- Who you’re buying from
- The Abenaki Outing Club, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN 27-4434532), P.O. Box 297, Wolfeboro, NH 03894.
- Tickets
- Prices are in US dollars and paid on Stripe’s page. Your tickets come by email as soon as the payment goes through.
- Can’t make it
- Pass your ticket to someone else, or give it back to the club, from the ticket’s own page. Giving a ticket back is not a refund, and tickets are not otherwise refunded.
- If we cancel
- We refund your tickets to the card you paid with, and email you when the refund is on its way.
- If we move it
- Your tickets are good for the new date. If you can’t make it, email us.
- RSVPs
- Free. If your plans change, give your place back from its page so another family can come.
- Gifts
- Your receipt comes by email with the club’s tax details. A monthly gift can be changed or stopped any time from the link in your receipt, or by emailing us.
- Registration and passes
- Programs are registered on Ski Club Pro, and season passes bought from the Town or Wolfeboro XC, each under its own terms.
